金継ぎのご依頼をご検討いただきありがとうございます。

ご依頼の際にはうつわを当方までお持ちいただく、もしくは郵送でも承っております。

ご郵送の際は次のような流れで受注いたしますのでご了承ください。

実際にお持ちいただく場合も、事前にコンタクトフォームよりご連絡いただけると幸いです。

1. コンタクトフォームより金継ぎのご依頼である旨、お知らせください。その際、例のように書いていただけると助かります　例）抹茶茶碗割れ３片　湯呑み欠け　皿ヒビ　
2. こちらよりご返信差し上げます。その際、写真をとっていただくようにお願いいたします。
3. 写真を添付の上ご返信ください。後日仮お見積もりをお送りいたします。（必要によってはお電話にてご説明させていただきます）
4. お見積もりをご確認いただけましたら、ご依頼品をお送りください。受領確認と同時に最終お見積りをお知らせいたします。（写真以外で見つからなかった箇所があった場合。）修復に数ヶ月お時間をいただくことになりますが何卒ご了承ください。
5. 修理が完了しましたらご連絡いたします。振り込みでのお支払いをお願いいたします。
6. お支払いが確認できましたら、お品物をお送りいたします。

Kintsugi commission work (customers in overseas)

Thank you very much for your interest in Kintsugi repair.

To make an order, please kindly send me some photos of the piece so that I can make a repairing plan, schedule and estimate price.

Here is the procedure for the order: 

1. Send an e-mail via contact form, please mention the condition of the piece as example; a broken matcha bowl  in 4 fragments, a chipped tea cup, cracked plate etc
2. An e-mail will be sent to you to ask for some photos, take some and send the e-mail back
3. Estimate repairing plan, schedule and price will be sent in an invoice. 
4. Please make the payment (50% of total amount) and send the actual piece
5. Will receive an e-mail when the repair is finished, please make the payment of another 50%
6. We will ship the finished piece with tracking code

Please note that Kintsugi repaired pieces are not usable in microwaves, dishwashers, ovens and boiling water.
