金継ぎのご依頼をご検討いただきありがとうございます。

ご依頼の際にはうつわを当方までお持ちいただく、もしくは郵送でも承っております。

ご郵送の際は次のような流れで受注いたしますのでご了承ください。

実際にお持ちいただく場合はコンタクトフォームよりご連絡いただけると幸いです。

1. コンタクトフォームより金継ぎのご依頼である旨、お知らせください。その際、例のように書いていただけると助かります　例）抹茶茶碗割れ３片　湯呑み欠け　皿ヒビ　
2. こちらよりご返信差し上げます。その際、写真をとっていただくようにお願いいたします。
3. 写真を添付の上ご返信ください。後日仮お見積もりをお送りいたします。（必要によってはお電話にてご説明させていただきます）
4. お見積もりをご確認いただけましたら、現物をお送りください。数ヶ月お時間をいただくことになりますが何卒ご了承ください。
5. 金継ぎでの修理が完了しましたらご連絡いたします。お支払いの振り込みもしくはPaypalでのお支払いをお願いいたします。
6. お支払いが確認できましたら、うつわをお送りいたします。

Kintsugi repair order

Thank you very much for your interest in Kintsugi repair.

To make an order, please kindly send me some photos of the piece so that I can make a repairing plan, schedule and estimate price. Here is the procedure for the order:

1. Send an e-mail via contact form, please mention the condition of the piece as example; a broken matcha bowl  in 4 fragments, a chipped tea cup, cracked plate etc
2. An e-mail will be sent to you to ask for some photos, take some and send the e-mail back
3. Estimate repairing plan, schedule and price will be sent
4. Please send the piece. Usually it takes months in repairing
5. Receive an e-mail when the repair is finished, please make the payment via bank transfer or Paypal
6. Delivery of the finished piece via logistic company
