Workshop Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Please note that reservations close at 15:00 on the day before your preferred date.
Within 24 business hours after receiving your inquiry, we will send you information about availability and a payment link (via Square).
Reservations are confirmed once we receive your reply and payment is completed.
When we receive a request, we temporarily hold the spot for you (if it's available). As the number of seats is quite limited, we would appreciate your reply within 48 hours if possible.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the experience will receive a full refund. Unfortunately cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable.

We specialize in kintsugi restoration, repair consultation, and hands-on experiences.
As a repairing studio, we do not sell finished pieces.
